Specialized Activities Contracting ensures that our values are reflected in our code of conduct, which documents our company policies, and provides additional guidance on legal, ethical, and safety compliance by our staff members. The code of conduct also implements the systems we have in place to ensure our staff compliance.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a positive, ethical work environment that supports respecting others, and doing what is right, even when nobody is watching. We also take a great deal of pride in the respect our clients have for our staff, due to the way that our employees conduct themselves day in and day out in high stress and fast-paced situations.

We believe that every single member of our organization is either an asset and a positive touch to our reputation, or we do not require their services. We fully vet every member of our staff to ensure that the team that you are allowing onto your job site are responsible, safe, and hard-working members of our team.
We will not send you laborers that we don’t know, or a second rate employee that was removed from another job site with behavioral issues. If we send a team of technicians to your facility, they are professional, dedicated, and safety conscientious. That is a guarantee that we make to our clients to showcase exactly how confident we are in our staff and their conduct.

We understand that in manufacturing and production settings, time is money, and our staff is on-site until the project is safely tied off for the period of time that can allow them to leave the job site.

Special Projects

We provide a hands-on, individualized service for special projects that are specific to your product or process. We want to deliver exceptional service and results when working on your trade-specific equipment and process systems, and we are prepared to sign non-disclosure agreements to ensure that your proprietary designs, software, and processes remain exactly where they should remain, which is inside your facility.

We understand the sensitive nature of special projects that are trade-specific, and we are honored to be permitted to fine-tune the equipment and systems for your facility. We would love to discuss your special project needs with you, and the role we can play in assisting your facility with any of its plant maintenance needs.

Supply of Experienced Labor

Our full time professional and knowledgeable staff ensures that self-performing any leg of your project labor is feasible and cost-effective. By facility request, we will coordinate union sub-labor based on our clients’ corporate employment guidelines. In the event of a facility being explicitly non-union labor, we will make every reasonable accommodation to prevent the need for subcontracted labor to be used. We understand that your corporate employment procedures are in place for the best interest of your facility and we will not undermine your labor policies in any event that hiring subcontracted labor can be avoided.
